Returns
If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the item(s) within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original condition
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, if applicable
Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Cash on delivery (COD) or payment-on-pickup returns will not be accepted
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund within 14 calendar days.
Please note that the refund amount does not include original shipping costs. Any shipping costs incurred, based on the actual shipping invoice provided by the postal or courier service, will be deducted from the refund amount. This policy applies to all shipments, including orders originally sent with free shipping.
Non-Delivery
If a package is not delivered due to reasons attributable to the buyer — including but not limited to providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusing to accept the delivery, or failure to collect the package — a refund will be issued only after the package has been returned to the sender.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately via the contact form, ideally within 48 hours of delivery, and include clear photos of the issue and your order number.
In such cases, we will work with you to find a suitable solution, such as a replacement or refund, in accordance with applicable consumer laws.
