First musical instrument: Drums. My first drum kit was a toy....I was 8 years old...the drums heads were made out of very think paper, after a few minuets...the drum kit was DEAD! Then my uncle Phil brought me a used Slingerland Radio King Drum Set. it was made in the late 30's early 40's- it still had the calf skin heads on the toms and bass drum....very cool. 13, rack tom, 24 bass drum, 14 snare and a ride cymbals..... I played that kit for about 3 years.
First concert attended: Peter Frampton 1976! ;-)
