Career history: Started playing drums at age 12... started singing at age 16
started playing piano seriously at age 25... I have been working as a musician almost as soon as I started playing an instrument. I remember doing shows playing drums when I was about 13 yrs old....

Musical influences: My musical influences stem largely in Black American musicians like Stevie Wonder, Donnie Hathaway and Freddie King...It was not untill later in my life that I became interested in Hard Rock music..After I heard Free and Led Zeppelin, I started to really appreciate Hard Rock....

First Musical Instrument: A drumset when I was 12... I cant remember the make, but I remember the cymbals were "Camber" ...They were so bad... they sounded like garbage can covers banging together... maybe that is why I am deaf!!!!

First Concert Attended: .... Well, not sure... I remember seeing Iron Maiden when I was about 16 or 17.... but I used to go see musicians play all the time at a little place near my parents house... that was great!!
